You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We purchased our Bobsweep for Pet Hair shortly after adopting our shedding doodle:) Our Bobsweep did a phenomenal job of picking up most of the blonde hair so that it wasn't obvious on our dark floors and kept our floors looking clean between deep cleanings of our house. We moved to a house with a much larger footprint and I worried that our Bobsweep wouldn't be able to keep up but I have been pleasantly surprised! It doesn't get every area every time but again, does a great job getting most of the dog hair up each time.
We did have an issue with Bob not working but this problem was quickly dealt with by the Bobsweep customer service team (AMAZING!!) and we were back in business!
I love this little guy. He's a little louder than I thought it might be but certainly much quieter than a regular vacuum. Once he gets the lay of the land well you can just schedule him to run when you're not home so it's really a non-issue. Does a great job and is easy to customize, the remote is great, all very intuitive. SO glad I finally can say goodbye to daily vacuuming! (ok ok...goodbye to guilt over non-daily vacuuming). I also can't say enough about the support. They have great follow-up and let you know about any specials or coupons that might work well for you. I received a package of extra parts in a cute little box, and in the main box it had like a 'birth announcement' card - it's just cute and fun and a welcome change from the typical after-purchase contacts. They are very quick to respond if you have any questions and so helpful. Very happy - thank you!
We love Bob!! I have 3 kids and 2 cats, so my house is ALWAYS a mess. With Bob, not only does the house get vacuumed more often, but he also helps encourage the kids to pick up after themselves. I just say "pick up X or Bob will eat it!" or "let's clean up so Bob can do his job" and they hop to. He is about as loud as our regular upright vacuum, but that doesn't bother me. I usually turn him on as we are walking out the door to go to school/work. I'd say he finds his way back to his dock 4/5 times. We don't allow him to auto-run because we have to empty the trash bin before every run, and I like to check the floors to make sure there isn't anything out that could damage him. He has gotten stuck a fair amount on furniture, but each time we learn where he gets stuck and we block it off before running him. His suction is okay, but not great at picking up large debris (like cereal). But, no matter how many times we run him (sometimes 3x per day), he ALWAYS comes home with a full bin of cat hair! My house looks and feels so much cleaner since we got Bob. Even my frugal husband, who originally didn't want Bob, has admitted that Bob has been a great addition to our family.
I purchased Bobsweep 4 years ago and I love the deep cleaning with owning a dog that sheds. A couple weeks ago one wheel stopped turning so I contacted customer service. In no time had new wheels for a very reasonable price. Customer Service also followed up to make sure it was working. Great product and Customer Service.
