live alone and I recently purchased the Arlo Pro 2 system that included the router and I got additional add-on camera. I immediately fell in love with the security system. Being able to get alerts on my phone from motion either in my living room, bedroom or clofice makes me feel very safe. I love that I can talk to someone in another room with the voice button and I love that I can watch what else is going on in another room. I can also save the video, replay the video, and monitor all activity that’s going on in my apartment; even if I am not home and someone else is home. I love my Arlo Pro 2 so much that I even purchased two more “add on cameras” online so I can monitor more areas in my apartment like my closet for example. I highly recommend Arlo their security system is very high tech. You will feel very secure at home knowing how well you can monitor your system from your phone through it’s connection via Wi-Fi anywhere you are in the world! Thank You Arlo for creating such a great product.

We purchased these to be able to watch our fur babies during the day and to see who comes to our home when we are not there. They work well and have held a charge quite well, even in cold temps 24/7.
Very pleased with the way the work and setting up was very easy. The only thing we missed was we didn't charge the batteries before we set up so, we had to take them down and charge. They do need to be charged and that was not noted on the instructions before set up.

I've wanted the Arlo system since it was released and as it built up its reputation for quality. I decided that for me, I could live with the 1080p resolution compared to the higher resolutions on the Pro 3 and I believe Ultra as well. I will end up with 8 cameras so the price savings is substantial. The units are still very well supported and lots of third-party brackets and accessories are available. I added the iTODOs solar panels and having the continuous power on these units is a must IMO. I think that's true with all of them because you can use features that you cannot while running on battery power alone. I ran them for a couple of weeks without the solar panels and the batteries performed very well. FWIW, based on my estimation, without the power, I would have been getting on a ladder to recharge batteries about every six weeks with normal activity. Seems like very good battery life. I am sure the higher resolutions would be nice, but they weren't worth the extra cost for my preferences.

Great camera's good price nice upgrade from the arlo pro camera

I recently started doing Airbnb at my home and through a learning experience I found they were a lot of parties being held at the residence. As I’m not there when the residence is rented out I decided to get a camera so that I could see the front of the house and driveway. I got this little camera I believe I got it on sale for $89 it is exactly what I wanted. I know that Arlo is a very good brand and it has a good quality it was easy to set up an install and it’s easy to use the app with. The only thing I don’t like is in order to use the grids it Hass to be plugged up to a power source. Other words it will motion to tactor the entire view. Instead of just like the front door area. This isn’t much of a big deal since I don’t live on a busy road but it may be interesting to someone else.
